The interactive visuals below show you the cumulative CO2 emissions rate for all of the powerplants locationed within each state.

  • Hover over any state to see more information about it.

  • The legend for the CO2 emissions rate is listed on the right side of the map.

  • There is an interaction pane on the left of the map. If you click the "arrow" tool, you can use the ZOOM tool or the PAN tool to more easily navigate around the map
